When I go to places built pre-1900's I can't help but imagine what the people looked like at the time they were built...who stood right where I'm standing? Who walked this same hallway. What secrets were whispered and moments were shared. What emotions were felt in this exact spot? I love rubble, ruins, weathered, dated or just all around OLD places and things...so far before my time. Makes my imagination run a little crazy. Hope you like these photos taken at the state's capital.

Samantha and Scott Engaged!
We three went on a little drive to the middle of somewhere I probably couldn't find again if I tried! This little treasure of an old building made for a perfect setting to capture their engagements! They are high school sweethearts who've been together a long time, ready to tie the knot...so glad I got to meet these two and I'm so excited for their wedding! Enjoy, there were so many great ones to choose from!

The Lakes holiday portraits!
I really like these three! For one...this is the family who chose me to be their nanny! Second, they brought me coffee from Hawaii. Third...they're just awesome.
